01 · SERVICES

What we build and supply

Websites first, from early 2027. Software and IT products follow, under the same standard.

Websites

WCAG 2.1 AA

Public sites for cities, counties and agencies: fast on phones, easy for staff to update, with hosting, backups and monthly upkeep.

Software

NAICS 541511

After the first websites: portals, forms, data tools and AI work, built around how your office works and handed over with the source code.

IT products

TAA · SEC. 889

Hardware and software through authorized resellers. Trade Agreements Act compliant, and never a brand Section 889 bans.

02 · THE STANDARD

Six rules on every site

A public website has to work for every resident, on any device. These rules hold from the first draft to the last update.

01

Accessible from the start

WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508, checked with a keyboard, a screen reader and automated tests before anything goes live.

02

Fast on any phone

Light pages that load quickly on an older phone with a weak signal, because that is how many residents arrive.

03

Federal design standard

Federal sites follow the U.S. Web Design System, so they look and behave like the government services people already use.

04

An editor your staff can use

Staff update pages and post notices themselves, without filing a ticket or calling a developer.

05

Yours to keep

Your agency owns the code, the content and the domain. Nothing is locked to us, and the source is handed over.

06

Looked after

Hosting, backups and security updates every month, or a clean handover to your own IT team.

03 · THE LAW

Which standard your site must meet

We build every site to WCAG 2.1 AA, which covers both the local and the federal rules.

Cities, counties and special districts

ADA Title II. The Justice Department’s rule requires state and local government websites and mobile apps to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA by April 26, 2027 for governments with a total population of 50,000 or more, and by April 26, 2028 for smaller governments and special districts.

Federal agencies

Section 508. Its standards adopt WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA. WCAG 2.1 AA includes every one of those criteria and adds 12 more, so one build meets both for web content.

The report buyers ask for

An Accessibility Conformance Report on the VPAT template, which most federal and many state buyers request. Every site we deliver comes with one, written from the tests in rule 01.

What upkeep costs

Hosting, backups and security updates are one monthly fee, priced in the proposal, so the full cost is known before award. Or we hand the site to your IT team with the source.
